In Place Architecture, pllc

In Place Architecture is a full service architectural practice founded by Jake Boen (AZ Architect #45707) in 2009 and later incorporated into In Place Architecture, PLLC (IPA) in 2014.

At the young age of eight, Jake Boen had began his apprenticeship in the construction industry by following Dad around their modest 1,600 square foot house lending a helping hand where he could.  That remodel project not only transformed a ranch style house into a beautiful Santa Fe remodel, it also built a solid construction foundation for Jake to become the architect he is today.  During college at the University of Arizona Jake worked summers as a union carpenter on four roadway and railroad bridges in Tucson and acted as a project superintendent for construction of a custom home in Oro Valley, AZ.  Post college Jake has over 12 years in the construction industry as an Architect. Due to his extensive construction background contractors often compliment and commend him on his knowledge, designs, and detailing for construction.
